Shipping policy

At Robyn France Hairdressing, I want you to receive your favourite hair products quickly and safely. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

I use Yodel for all deliveries, and shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

If there are any unexpected delays or stock issues, Robyn France Hairdressing will contact you directly to keep you informed.
